THE MIND IS NOT THE ENEMY; IT IS HOW WE USE THE MIND THAT CAUSES THE DIFFICULTY
Welcome to Denis Lacey Therapy. I’m a mental health therapist located in down town Wellington central.
I am passionate about people’s spiritual; psychological; physical and emotional wellbeing and endeavour to help people with finding the key to unlock what is already truly known & possibly overlooked by overthinking. I hope to provide the necessary guidance in getting people where they need to get to - so they can live their potential and live the kind of lives they want to live NOW.
My aim is to help my clients accomplish their goals in a relaxed and calm environment. I use a combination of various therapeutic modalities to help people on their journey.
I see the importance of ‘getting out of your mind and into your life’ with some urgency - so you can work with the mind rather than against it. ‘The mind is not the enemy; it is how we use the mind that causes the difficulty’.
I help you explore and access the innate wisdom within us all and bring forth your wise mind in moment to moment living.
“I celebrate myself, and sing to myself, and what I assume you shall assume, for every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you”
